Meet the Founder
Ronald M.
Before picking up a camera professionally, Ronald spent years as an executive coach in the financial services industry — helping leaders and teams around the globe become the best versions of themselves. That background in understanding people, reading a room, and building trust is what makes Requisite Photography Group different from the start.
The idea for Requisite came from a simple observation. At every event Ronald attended — weddings, networking dinners, birthday celebrations — he noticed the same thing: the moment something joyful happened, people reached for a camera. A newborn. A graduation. A first dance. Wherever there was joy, photography was there.
